Current loan customers can conveniently use the FinFin mobile application to check their credit limit, repayment schedules, due dates, and outstanding amounts. The app also facilitates requests for additional loans, e-statements, and accompanying payment options through QR Code or automatic bank deductions.

The credit limit is primarily assessed based on the applicant's monthly salary or income. For individuals with a monthly income below 30,000 THB, the maximum credit limit is capped at 1.5 times their monthly earnings. For those earning 30,000 THB or more, the limit can reach up to five times their income, not exceeding 1,000,000 THB.

The annual percentage rate (APR) ranges from a minimum of 15% to a maximum of 25%. The repayment period spans from a minimum of three months to a maximum of twelve months. Approval for personal loans is subject to the company's terms and conditions.

For instance, if one were to take out a loan of 5,000 THB with a repayment term of three months at an APR of 24%, the borrower would be responsible for applicable stamp duty and other charges:

• Payment Period 1: Total Payment: 1,733 THB (Interest: 68.85 THB; Principal: 1,664.15 THB). Remaining Principal: 3,335.85 THB.
• Payment Period 2: Total Payment: 1,733 THB (Interest: 70.00 THB; Principal: 1,663.00 THB). Remaining Principal: 1,672.85 THB.
• Payment Period 3: Total Payment: 1,704.66 THB (Interest: 31.81 THB; Principal: 1,672.85 THB). Remaining Principal: 0.00 THB.

The total repayment amount sums up to 5,170.66 THB: with the principal at 5,000 THB and interest at 170.66 THB at an APR of 24%. **Note that this calculation serves as a sample of scheduled repayments only.**

Additional Expenses Include:

• Stamp duty for borrowing of up to 2,000 THB applies at a rate of 1 THB for each incomplete amount beyond full increments up to a cap of 10,000 THB.
• Late payment follow-up fees:
  • 50 THB for delays ranging from one to thirty days.
  • An additional fee of 100 THB for delays exceeding thirty days and recurring every thirty days thereafter.
  • No follow-up fees are charged for delays where the amount due each month does not exceed 1,000 THB.
• Account verification fee: 100 THB.
• No fees for money transfers or for using the credit line.
